Their service is quite fast as I got a quote from them only hours after submitting a quotation request, received the package sending instructions promptly, and received the promised payment for my Macbook merely 2 business days after the parcel was collected. The staff did well to make everything easy for me - they arranged the courier for me (all I had to do was put the item in a box) and there weren't any hidden charges. They also offer extremely good value - they gave me GBP190 for my laptop, whereas another company I contacted only offered me GBP50. I was in the position of needing to move on a baby grand piano but after many enquiries found this to be very difficult. However one of the contacts gave me the phone number of Trading4u and I decided that if all else failed then I would contact them. This I ended up doing and what a relief it was. They researched the piano for me and gave me an idea of how things might go, came and collected the piano. Moving it out of the property, which was a challenge in itself, was done in a calm and efficient manner. The staff then endeavoured to trade the piano and used their contacts to finally produce a very good deal. This all happened very quickly and I was contacted promptly when the offer was in place.
