My experience of selling an iMac through Trading4u was a good one and I would certainly use them again. I was given a fast and accurate quote. My iMac was then collected by courier, who visited to my work address, which made the collection very convenient. After about 4 days I was contacted with a revised offer but this was only a £10 difference due to scratches which I had forgotten to describe for the original quote. So the company is certainly fair with their valuations, not like some companies who receive your goods and then decide to offer a much lower price once you are at their mercy. After I agreed the second offer price the money was in my account in 2 days. All in all, a fast, efficient and trustworthy service. I have already recommended them to a friend.

It was somewhat tentatively that I completed the coupon on your website giving details of my redundant Apple Macs. Your offer to purchase was not only prompt but very fair and so in my turn acceptance was immediate.

You then arranged to collect the computers and did so Thursday 1st April for checking and approval. Notwithstanding Easter weekend intervened my bank account was credited in full yesterday.

There was no phone call to say , “the machines are not quite up to our expectation” and so reduce the offer.

For me it has been a real pleasure to have a not insignificant deal proceed so smoothly. You did everything you said you would and at all times kept me informed thanks to the e-mails.

Their service is quite fast as I got a quote from them only hours after submitting a quotation request, received the package sending instructions promptly, and received the promised payment for my Macbook merely 2 business days after the parcel was collected. They researched the piano for me and gave me an idea of how things might go, came and collected the piano. Moving it out of the property, which was a challenge in itself, was done in a calm and efficient manner.
